Constitution Day

CONSTITUTION DAY

SEPTEMBER 17, 2026 | UT TYLER SOULES COLLEGE OF BUSINESS, AUDITORIUM 180 | 10:00 – 11:30 AM

Ever wonder what the Constitution really means for you—your rights, your voice, and your role in your community?

Join the Smith County Bar Foundation for an engaging event featuring Carl Smallwood, founder and director of the Divided Community Project. Carl will lead an interactive discussion about what it means to be an American, how we can navigate our differences, and why the Constitution still matters in our everyday lives.

High school and college students, classes, clubs, and groups are encouraged to attend!

Come ready to listen, ask questions, share your perspective and maybe see the Constitution in a whole new way.

Our professional team is here to help you with any questions or concerns. Learn more about your rights and requirements.

Taxes are complicated. We strive to simplify the process so you have less stress and worries.
